I recently visited the Health Plus Diagnostics and Imaging in Gorakhpur for an ultrasound and found the experience to be quite satisfactory. The center offers a good patient sitting area that can comfortably accommodate 20-30 people, ensuring a decent waiting experience. The environment inside is pleasant, contributing to a positive and calming atmosphere. However, one area that could use improvement is the parking. The facility has very limited parking space, with room for only 2-3 four-wheelers, which might be inconvenient for those arriving by car. It would be great if the center could expand its parking facilities to better serve its patients. On the plus side, there are clean and accessible toilets available, which is always a crucial factor for patient comfort. Additionally, the help desk and billing desk are combined, which streamlines the process for patients, although it can get a bit crowded at times.
